Refund Policy

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK):

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Personalised products can only be returned if defective or damaged.

Refunds:

• Processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received.

• Issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
