💡 Tip: For the best results, send a clear front-facing photo (half-body for a 6.1 cm figurine). For the full-body version (12.5 cm), include a full-body photo from head to toe.

2️⃣ We Take Care of the Rest

Our artists transform your photo into a unique, realistic 3D model, capturing every detail with love and care. The figurine is then crafted with high-precision 3D printing.

3️⃣ Receive Your Eternal Tribute

Your sculpture will arrive ready to be cherished, taking a special place in your home or serving as an unforgettable gift.

1️⃣ Clear frontal photo (required)

• Half body (6.1 cm): face and upper torso.
  
• Full body (12.5 cm): entire body from head to feet.
  
• Avoid blurry photos or ones with the face obstructed.
  

2️⃣ Sitting poses

• We can create seated models (individual or couple).
  
• The model will be 7.8 cm tall due to the material.
  

3️⃣ Additional reference photos (optional)

• Upload one main photo for each product.
  
• If you have extra photos, please send them directly to us by email.
  

4️⃣ Photo quality

• Low-quality photos may prevent the model from being created.
  
• We will contact you if a better photo is needed.
  

5️⃣ Glasses

• They can be included in the final model without problem.
  

6️⃣ No large accessories

• For full-body models, avoid backpacks, bags, or other large accessories.
  
• The sculpture will focus only on the person.

🚚 Shipping

• Production time: Each Living Presence is handmade and takes up to 10 days to be completed.
  
• Delivery time: Once production is finished, delivery to the UK takes 7 to 10 days.
  
• Coverage: We ship to customers all over the world!
  

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• Before production: You can request a refund within 2 days after placing your order, before we start production.
  
• Personalised products: After production begins, refunds are not available as the product is customised. Exception: damaged or defective items.
